Sample is platelets fixed in PFA and stained for f-actin with a phalloidin Alexa probe. Sorry can't give more info at this time.
Spread cell is approx 4 um in diameter. This is from raw data not deconvolved. 3D made with ImageJ with transparencies set to 50 and 25.
Left is original and right is deconvolved, both at 2X spatial scale.
