If there are vertical stripes, this is likely due to the camera not being synched to the camera readout.
As of 2025-03-11, for single camera at 10MHz full frame readout with the disk at full speed (40k RPM), these settings mostly eliminated the stripes:
vertical shift speed 0.6 us
vertical clock voltage amplitude +4
We were unable to eliminate the stripes at 30 MHz single camera.
However, with twin (or dual) camera operation, a shift speed of 4.3 us and vertical clock voltage amplitude of 4.3 with synchonization Frame by Frame has no vertical stripes.

You may need to go into camera commands and set camera rotations as per picture below. Advanced settings available from a button in the camera window.
All the settings should match for minimal noise.
Also, you may need to recalibrate the objective for the stage to move correctly using the mouse on the screen or for Large Image (tiling) acquisition.
