The live cells pictured below were plated in a #1.5 coverslip bottom dish which is ideal for the 20X lens on the system. However, some plastic dishes may be used with this microscope with reasonably good results.
Original data were 16 bits with sCMOS camera and intensity values could be quantified. Displayed at original size.
