These images may be used to recalculate correct spatial scale or to paste directly into a microsgraph at same size, so no math required.
Each square is 10 um x 10 um.
The big square with the 2.5X lens is 1 mm x 1 mm. The pattern is due to Moire pattern from the chip in the color camera, so do not use it to count little boxes.
